Hello, I did not receive my hero pre-order pack but I bought the game before the promo was over, I can provide a screenshot showing the date of my purchase. Is it possible to still get it?

@Finding_Walter I think to be eligible to get that you have to have ordered on 20th August or before, as it said pre-order before 21st August. As the post above mentions, you might have just been a tad too late.
