Hello. I’ve watched nearly watched the stream for 2 hours from youtube and I’ve refreshed the stream time to time just to be sure. However, even if I get the Benzema loan reward, I didn’t get the 1 hour watch reward.
This missing rewards issue is very frustrating. First, you didn’t give rivals rewards and didn’t solve the issue for literally one season and now this. Please fix these issues.
I watched 1 hour of Matchweek one group A livestream on YouTube and I haven’t received any rewards, despite interacting with the livestream, I’ve had this issue with the other previous rewards and I never received those even after complaining

Hello @EA_Pulsar thanks for the reply. I was in the correct account. I get the rewards with the same account for the last FC Pro tournament which took place nearly a month ago. There was no problem back then but this time I couldn't get the 1 hour reward. I only use one youtube account and it is connected to my ea account. As I said I got 15 minutes watch reward Loan Benzema. There was a problem with the one hour reward even if I watch the stream nearly two hours.
I didn’t got the fc pro rewards , i watch the live in youtube in the account i connect to ea 60 minutes but I didn’t got anything

Hello - when the season 1 broadcast objectives came out I linked my YouTube & EA accounts and watched on the first day for over 2 hours. I received the 15 min objective reward but never received the 60 minute reward. I decided it must be a glitch that would get figured out eventually and let it go. This was never addressed and I never received the subsequent reward packs.
Now, yesterday, I watched the Season 2 matchday 1 stream using my linked YouTube account for 2 hours and I have not received either the 15 minute or 60 minute objective rewards. I’m really only doing this for the 84+ x 5 pack that I get for completing the entire objective category. It’s disappointing that this his still happening after the issues from season 1. I would like to make sure that this will be addressed and that I will receive these rewards before I dedicate another hour of my life to today’s stream.
FC pro open Matchday 1 objective hasn’t marked as complete even though I watched for well over an hour on you tube. Can you please help?
