'yeah there "support" isnt the best, nobody seems to ever have a good experience with it, this should be an easy one for them to solve surely, they must be able to see you completed the SBC
Yes they checked and mentioned that I have completed the SBC, but don't get rewarded. I am completely clueless at this point
