I finished the weekly play objective and got nothing (90x5)

I completed the weekly play objective on march 14, 2025. Once I completed I did not receive one of the five parts of the daily play completionist objective. I should have received one fut birthday guarantee pack as well as one tick of the 5 parts of the objective.  

please compensate and fix.
