After the big update of the game, I got banned for no reason and I can't play my FC25 ultimate team I sent an email to EA support, and it said that"Hello, Thanks for contacting us about your account action.WE GOT YOUR NOTE AND DID A FULL INVESTIGATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. AFTER REVIEWING YOUR CASE, WE DETERMINED THAT WE TOOK THE CORRECT ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH EA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES."But the thing is, I never use the hack in any EA games or other games. What should I do to get my FC 25 back? I do not want to play it again. At least can I get my money back? This is too random, man, for real. I play FIFA 23 and FIFA 24 is completely fine.

Hey @hope50034, You can always try reaching out to our terms of service team again. They're the only team that can look into bans and potentially lift them.

@EA_QueenBee I reached all the things, man I waited for so long for support to say that I cheated, I didn't do anything wrong like for real man can you unban me, please? because of the server close and I got banned. T_T

I am facing the same.
On the 3rd of december I charged fc points (89k this year), on the 4th i log into the webapp to do my daily sbcs after work, did 2 and got banned.
EA said I used cheats in matches.

Keep in mind I am a div 5 player that did not qualify to most champions and gets gold 1 in squad battles. So i get my fodder from purchased packs.
EA said they did it right to me, but they also showed me my account was compromised.

So I agree that cheaters should get banned, but who`s the cheater that spends hundreds of dollars, has 2 accounts wiht fc 23, 24 and 25, never cheated on any, and out of nowhere gets a ban for cheating?

I am looking for legal action now, to at least recover the FC points I have spend, but even my compensation pack is lost, my entire evos, and over 300 hours of gameplay.

EA can say they detected cheats, but they do not provide details, so I am completely lost on what exactly was used. Or even if there was something in my computer that was read as a cheat.

In brazil if they both remove the access and assets (money you spent) that is called illegal enrichment, and they are liable, as they punish you twice for the same offense (even if you did not commit it)

@hope50034 had the same issue . i never cheat in any ea games and i got ban for no reason .they said they took the right decision .It sounds like they don't even know what they re doing . They just stole my money and my time . And i don't know what to do .
also I'am division 7 and i loose 6-2 in the last match i've done before they ban me , how they can say i'am a cheater come on ? cheating for loose lool
