You can always try reaching out to our terms of service team again. They're the only team that can look into bans and potentially lift them.
Community ManagerWhat if the decision is faulty. Don’t they have a mechanism in which they could if an account has been compromised? I clearly stated that I was hacked and showed proof of how my account’s security settings and my email has been changed, yet they still believe that I was the one breaking the rules. That’s lazy and unprofessional. I highly doubt that these are competent people who actually do thorough investigations
Yh. I hope they work on systems like that. Because all I did was horde my tradeable pack pulls all year, and I sold during TOTY. I do not see anything wrong with that. I presume their system flagged my account because everyone was losing coins as the market was down, and I was making more coins. But I still think it's unfair. I am fortunate they kept me on console, at least.
But now, I don't really know if I should be playing or not, as they broke one of my friends mentally during the TOTY promo. He grinded for hours, and he got cooked. Meanwhile, people sat on this same game with insane dupe storages. I don't mind if these things happen, but I believe the lucky ones keep getting lucky. There is no balance system where those who didn't get anything will get something in the future, but no. It'll still be a cook session. My friend was putting in like 1500 hours plus in FUT yearly. Now, he's gone.
