the screen is completely blocked as soon as I enter ultimate team mode

the screen gets completely blocked as soon as I enter ultimate team mode (as in the picture) but everything else in the game works normally

we tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but nothing, we tried 'repairing corrupted data' and then downloading the data but nothing, removing and re-adding the game but nothing, we asked at the game shop but they don't know how to fix it.
