I got banned for no reason on FC25

After the big update of the game, I got banned for no reason and I can't play my FC25 ultimate team I sent an email to EA support, and it said that

"Hello, Thanks for contacting us about your account action.
WE GOT YOUR NOTE AND DID A FULL INVESTIGATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. AFTER REVIEWING YOUR CASE, WE DETERMINED THAT WE TOOK THE CORRECT ACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH EA POLICIES AND PROCEDURES."

But the thing is, I never use the hack in any EA games or other games. What should I do to get my FC 25 back? I do not want to play it again. At least can I get my money back? This is too random, man, for real. I play FIFA 23 and FIFA 24 is completely fine.

    Hey @hope50034,

    Unfortunately if the terms of service team has decided that the ban is justified and that they won't lift it, there's nothing more I can recommend and the ban will stay in place.

    same me wtf ea banned date dec 3 ☹️ noob fc 25
    or anti cheat or software etc 
    me never cheat and funny ea account banned reason elsewhere fast crazy

    @hope50034Same thing happened to me on 12th december, randomly got banned for cheating. I bought EA Play Pro, played the game for a week and then randomly got an email that i am banned. Never used any glitches, random background programs etc. Seems like EA don’t give a sh.. about their players, waiting for an answer to my appeal but the response probably will be some random AI bs. Literally feels like being scammed..

    i have exactly the same issue

    i was just playing some friendlies and got kicked out after the game got finished

    just to find out my account was permanently banned

    Sorry, that happened to you. I was trading on the console when my game froze. When I opened my app, it said I didn't have transfer market access on the app anymore. I also received an email explaining that I broke TOS. This is unfair as it limited me to console only for the last few days in the TOTY promo. Due to this, I don't know if I will be playing anymore because accusing a fair player who follows the rules is insane.
