I got banned in fc25 UT for no reason

Dear forum members, I ask for assistance. A week ago, my account was blocked. The reason in the letter was stated as unfair play. I immediately hurried to dispute it, because I was sure that the blocking was erroneous. The investigation lasted 6 days and they sent me a negative response, which said that I was engaged in the distribution/sale/purchase of coins. I am still confused, because their accusations are false. I am sure that there was no investigation. If they had conducted a real investigation, there would be no blocking at this time. I filed a second appeal, the response came 12 hours later that they allegedly conducted another investigation. They did not provide any confirmation or evidence, because there cannot be any. Their automatic ban system makes mistakes that they do not want or cannot understand. Dear comrades, I am determined to go all the way and prove my case, and I ask you to tell me how I can contact EA's legal department to send them a claim before filing a lawsuit. I am an honest player and I am sure that I am right and their system is failing, which is why honest players suffer. And their technical support cannot honestly sort this out. I paid money for the game, bought in-game property for real money, and now I am blocked forever for no reason. Please share your experience if you find yourself in a similar situation. I will be grateful for any help!

    Sorry to hear that you've been banned. This is not something we can investigate on the forums since we are on a Players Helping Players platform.

    You can appeal the sanction if you think there was a mistake the first time. A different person will be looking at your case if you appeal again. You can dispute this sanction following this link.

    Today I received a letter from the technical support service. The letter said that they conducted all possible checks and will not lift the ban. The letter also said that they will no longer respond to me by mail regarding the ban. Firstly, during the entire existence of my account, I have never been blocked in any game. Secondly, I am sure that I did not violate any rules, honestly followed all the points of the user agreement. And based on all this, I was assigned a lifetime ban on the account in all FC games without explaining the specific reason for the ban and without evidence. This is illegal. Tell me, which department of the company can I contact so that they can honestly sort out the situation. If this is impossible, then how can I contact the legal department of the company about this? And to what mailbox should I send a copy of the claim that I intend to file in the international court.
