I got randomly banned for no reason

I bought EA fc 25 on Sunday and i played it maybe for 1 or 2 days and i went on a Trip and didnt Touch the Game. When i came back on thursday i saw that i got banned on transfer market. It Said that i got an email with a reason why, but i didnt get anything on ea help three is also no reason why i got transfer ban. I wrote to ea Support a week ago and they still didnt respond or give a reason for the ban. Can Somebody Help?

    @Kuziorki It can take 10 days for a response. Even then if they are busy it can take longer. Not much you can do but wait for the terms of service team to review your ban and respond.

    Ok its been almost 10 days sińce i wrote an email to ea and still i dont have an answer ans still i dont have a reason for my ban. I am losing coins because of my Investments i Made before i got banned . Is there any Chance i get compensated and and get my market unlocked?

    I got banned on transfer market after 2 days of playing EA fc 25 and i didnt get an email with a reason for the ban and when i wrote an email 10 days ago to EA help they still didnt reply. I ve been buying FIFA games since 2015 and i never Cheated. How can i get the respond from them. I know the have 10 days to respond. I wrote the email exactly 10 days ago.
