Rewards missing

I purchased the EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition from the PlayStation Store on August 13. Since then, I have not received my Ultimate Edition rewards/content. I already contacted PlayStation Support about this, and they confirmed the purchase on their side but told me it is an EA issue and they cannot help with missing in-game content. Then I contacted ea help live chat and told me to write a forum and that the managers will help.Today is September 8, and I still have not received the rewards.

    same thing happened to me, i preordered the early preorder version but i havent gotta anything till now. hopefully they dont rip me off the pre order icons at release.

    Yes my main concern is to not get the icon pre order and objectives from ea 25
