I need help contacting EA HELP

Hey!I tried posting here regarding moving my FC24 points to FC25 due to an issue with the purchase order. I was helped by live chat but told to come back when I had downloaded FC24. I can’t get in contact with them again and it keeps telling me to write here.&nbsp;Please help &lt;3

@Napzzzzzz It depends what option you pick for if you get chat or not. They probably wanted you to swap them when you first load up 25 but not sure what they told you.

No, the perosn was aware it would take an hour to download FC24 which he then chose to just leave the chat :/

When I try to make a ticket now, I literally don’t even get the HQ as an option anymore 🤣
