I need help from an EA representative

Hi, 

So my issue is that I packed several spurs players between 18:00 and about 21:30 UK time on 24/05/2025. 

I packed - Sarr, Romero x3, Danso x3, Spence, Porro, Solanke, Bentacur, Udogie, Johnson.

As per the EA post on X, that was posted at 22:16 UK time, This post states that the items will be in packs for 48 hours, These items did not enter packs at 6PM on 22nd May, it was around 21:30 UK time. 

Therefore these items should be the 96/97 rated variants. 

I have tried to raise this in EA help but via email I just get a generic email back and then not options to re-open the case when it is auto-resolved. I have also tried to enter a live chat where I have been lied to that the "team" were looking into it, despite my case showing as resolved, so was clearly a load of rubbish. 

Please can someone address this?

    It wasn’t exactly 48 hours but more just close to 2 days. They were removed from packs at 5pm on the same day you packed them

    If they had been in packs for 48 hours, all mine packed would have been the 96/97 version, they were in packs for about 44/45 hours. Therefore the post was incorrect and I should be credited the correct players.
