I Ordered 5600 Fc Points but didn’t get them.

Yesterday I ordered 5600 Fc Point from Instant Gaming, and redeemed the code in the EA App and also got a certification(See Appendix), that I redeemed it. But today I wanted to open a few packs with my Fc Points and saw they aren’t there.

What is the problem?
