I played vs a hacker on PC in champs

Question

I played vs a hacker in FUT Champs.It was an AI playing for them and their players were faster and better whilst mine were slower, the passing and dribbling felt fine but they could barely move.Because of this I lost out on rewards and it is unfair i get punished for playing vs a hacker who gets a free win basically. and because of their hacks they dont appear in my recently played so i cant even report them. its so silly.I was told a community manager can help me on the forums rather than through EA support

Community Managers do not help often.&nbsp;"Check your ISP", "It's your fault.", etc. These are common replies (or how it feels when they reply).They don't provide positive feedback. We all get cheated on like this every weekend. Turning Cross Play off helps prevent these (if you are on console).&nbsp;I've encountered many hackers and soft hackers and never received anything back from these guys. The games have been Ls and I've moved on. Its frustrating (I just played another hacker and got the same or similar errors as you - there are like 3 names I always find in my servers who seem to do it, but not once have they been banned.)Alas lad, its unfortunate, I hope next weekend goes better. Sometimes its the luck of the draw. But I wish they can fix these hacker issues.
