Immortal Evo

I played all 5 champions games for my player and it didn’t count the last one and now I can’t evo my guy same thing happened with my future stars nwaneri, I can’t seem to get any help and this is just another evo that I wasted over 15 games on. I’m tired of the bugs and not being helped.
