In-game Issue

I’m experiencing a persistent in-game issue after nearly 200 hours of gameplay. I still cannot access the transfer market directly within the game. Each time I attempt to open it, I receive a message stating that It's locked and I need to complete the UT Foundations objectives—however, I completed all of them several months ago. SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED.

As a result, I’m unable to spend my coins in-game. I repeat once again! I'm talking about accessing transfer market through in-game! I cant! Although i did all the required objectives!
