Inaccurate Playtime Tracking & Transfer Market Access Issues
I am writing this message out of serious concern, as both I and many other players in the community are facing major issues with EA Sports FC 25. Despite daily commitment and consistent gameplay, there are significant system errors affecting the player experience and progress for users like myself.
Issue 1: Inaccurate Playtime Tracking
Since launch, I have been playing multiple matches daily across various game modes. Unfortunately, this is not being accurately reflected in my account. The number of matches played and my overall progress do not align with my actual in-game activity. This discrepancy prevents me from making fair progress, and my efforts are not being recognized as they should be.
Issue 2: No Access to the Transfer Market
Despite following the official guidelines outlined on your support page (EA Help - Transfer Market Access) and playing several matches daily, I still do not have access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps. This issue is widespread, as clearly evidenced by multiple discussions within the community. Players who, like myself, have been playing consistently since launch are being blocked without clear reason or resolution.
The lack of communication from EA regarding these issues is frustrating and disappointing for a large number of players. We feel abandoned due to the absence of transparency on whether and how EA is addressing these problems. If there is currently no solution available, I can understand that; however, I expect at the very least that EA acknowledges there are issues with playtime tracking and Transfer Market access. Not doing so severely undermines the trust players have in your service.
I strongly urge you to respond and take immediate action. I am willing to provide further details if necessary to ensure a solution is found for myself and the many others experiencing these issues. The current situation is unacceptable and requires your immediate attention.
