Inaccurate Playtime Tracking & Transfer Market Access Issues

I am having the same issue as well. Despite having played more than 10 games per day, the playtime still show 0 matches. Which is why I believe my transfer market still remain unlocked and cannot hit the criteria of playing 3 matches per day.
