Incorrect Champ Final Rewards

I was reffered to the forums from an EA Chat advisor.

I played Champ finals and got 9 wins from my 15 games.

On my final game for my 9th win the fireworks popped up, and when I got my rewards they were for 8 wins rather than 9.

I contacted EA HELP, and as some of you may know when you create a case it just goes to 'resume case', so I resumed the case and it put me to EA Chat. I dont know why it went to EA Chat, as they can literally do nothing inside the game.

After speaking unsuccesfully to the first advisor who was making stuff up on the spot, the second advisor had a look into my games.

He could only see 14 games, showing 8 games won and 6 losses. He mentioned on the 11th I won 6/10 games, on the 10th I won 2/4 . 

Were has this elusive game gone? I personally think he saw it but was not able to confirm it on chat. He said he will let the relevant team know which we all know is nonsense, and for me to come onto EA Forums where a community manager can help.

Whilst its not the end of the world, its annoying to miss out on my Birthday picks, and the fact I am being sent here, I dont have much faith that anything will be done. EA in 2025 has still not hit the levels of customer support of other platforms/developers. 

Am I cooked and need to take an L on this?
