Incorrect Reward Selection due to Glitch – Request for Correction

Dear EA Support Team,

i recently experienced an issue while claiming my rewards in Ultimate Team. My goal was to select Ferran Torres for my Road to Barça squad. However, during the selection process, the game seemed to glitch or lag for a moment, and when the interface reloaded, it showed that I had claimed a Pack instead.

This was not my intention, and it has disrupted the progress of my squad-building. Ferran Torres is a crucial player for my team, and missing out on him affects my gameplay experience significantly.

I kindly request your assistance in correcting this error by swapping the Pack for Ferran Torres as originally intended. I appreciate your support in resolving this matter.
