Is this game broken, or am I missing something

If it was a server issue his opponent would be experiencing it too. Plus the last big thread we had proved it wasn’t a server issue.  It could be his connection. I know you had really high packet loss so if you are experiencing it too maybe he should test his connection. Although he said his was fine.
