Issue with FUTTIES Pack Pool

Message to EA Support:

Hello,

I opened 14 of the 75x20 packs and 2 of the 81x20 packs (a total of 16 big packs, 320 players) during FUTTIES.

I opened them at 3:30 PM GMT+3 on the day the promo was active.

The issue is:

I only packed one special card in total: 96 Barnes.
I got no other FUTTIES, no TOTS, no Hero, no Icon , no other specials at all just gold cards plus Barnes in one of the 75x20's.

This seems like a pack pool issue because it is impossible to open that many packs during FUTTIES and get zero other specials.

Can you please check if the correct FUTTIES Batch was in packs at that time?

If the special pool was not active yet, I kindly request compensation packs or a resolution, as this feels like the packs were bugged or missing content.
