It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main meu

I'm connected to EA servers on PS4 with the Ultimate Edition purchased. I'm on the main menu but can access ultimate team as a message says its not possible to connect to Ultimate Team, and takes you...

    In my case the problem continúes!

    I will ask for a refund, this is not possible.

    Does anyone has been able to connect?
