just found the solution after several attempts
1. From EA they suggest you to go to WEB APP and create a new squad, make them main squad, then delete the old one.
*** THEY FORGET TO TELL YOU THAT THE NEW SQUAD MUST BE EMPTY (NO PLAYERS ON IT) AND AFTER THAT YOU SHOULD CLOSE SESSION AND WAIT A WHILE (5 mins) BEFORE RESTART GAME AND TRY ON YOUR CONSOLE/PC
2. Make sure your console language is the same than the game's language. if so, and step #1 didn't work ...Try downloading a new language for the game, set it, and then go and change your console to the same one

This worked, making an empty squad and setting it as main team but also deleting all my other squads
im having this problem on ultimate team pc and i cannot connect to web app and the companion app. i dont know what to do now. it just says ea account servers are unavailable on both the webapp and companion app.
