It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main meu

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team in FC 25 for 5 days now, and it’s completely unacceptable. I paid for the Ultimate Edition to enjoy early access, yet I haven’t been able to play at all.

Every time I try to join Ultimate Team, the game crashes with no error code. This issue is specific to my account, as Ultimate Team works fine on other profiles on the same console. I've contacted EA Support multiple times, but all I get are generic responses and no real solutions.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What can I do to resolve this? I’m also seeking compensation for the time I’ve lost, as I paid extra for this early access.

Got the same thing for almost 20h now, its not working at all in any mode and as soon as its finished the connection to EA servers kicks me out.

I did the update file for the patch went into FUT it was working fine played one game then it disconnected me from the servers now when i try and go and try and get into Ultimate Team my game just crashes all the time i haven't been able t connect into Ultimate Team for around 2-3 hours now and i can't connect to the web app as it says that i am currently logged in when i cant even do that myself.

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t change my ultimate players or tactics. Just says can’t connect to the servers. And I can’t start a game due to having a concept player in my squad I can’t change. I can play rush fine but nothing else
What should be happening instead? I should be able to change my team !!!!

It’s Ea problem I have the same problem 

Whenever I connect to ultimate team/ servers the game crashes. 
I already reinstalled, turned off the overlay thing, did everything I could and still cant play the game. 
PLEASE HELP!!!

I'm getting this too, I could still play games until one of my players got red carded now everytime I change him out and press find match it disconnects me, companion app doesn't save changes to squad either
