It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main meu

I'm connected to EA servers on PS4 with the Ultimate Edition purchased. I'm on the main menu but can access ultimate team as a message says its not possible to connect to Ultimate Team, and takes you back to main menu.

I asked to the EA help chat but it makes me check connectivity issues I don't have as I play other EA games online with no problem, see my friends online playing...

Any help? Is this an issue from the servers on PS4? Thanks!

    Problem is not fixer, and it is imposible to contact with EA support.

    We buy a game that cannot be played. Please fix the issue, we already have ine week wothout any answers.

    ON PS5 GO TO SYSTEM SETTINGS AND THEN HDMI THEN GO TO ENABLE HDCP AND TURN IT OFF! this should stop it has it has stopped mine and others crashing. it may need turning back on in future after an update.

    yea the HDCP turn off is not working like many had said. EA need to sort this asap!

    Hello.

    everytime i tried entering the game in the last 2 days, 100% of the time when i enter UT the game just crushes.

    can you help please?
