I have a fix for Xbox and PS players if you have new gen. Install the old gen version of the game and then load it up and go into a match of any kind. Once you do that either leave or play it out and then go back to the new gen version and you should be able to play matches normally again.

I cannot login to the EAFC 25 companion app either. It states I need to logout of my console ultimate team and that turning off the power will not log me out.
I try to enter ultimate team on my PS5 and it crashes the mode every time. I have reset my console, cleared cache, went into safe mode to no avail.
Not sure what else to do.

Connecting an external IP address helped me
