It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main meu

I'm connected to EA servers on PS4 with the Ultimate Edition purchased. I'm on the main menu but can access ultimate team as a message says its not possible to connect to Ultimate Team, and takes you back to main menu.

I asked to the EA help chat but it makes me check connectivity issues I don't have as I play other EA games online with no problem, see my friends online playing...

Any help? Is this an issue from the servers on PS4? Thanks!

    In my case the problem continúes!

    I will ask for a refund, this is not possible.

    Does anyone has been able to connect?

    @IsaacNav12 did you solve it? how? im from argentina and im tired of getting kicked out of ult team after a match

    When I enter the ultimate, this message appears
    connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment fc25
    The internet is working normally Please give me a solution
