It’s likely just a standard reply as they won’t tell you they banned them. While it would be nice if ea did more to ban cheaters I don’t think they are doing nothing. Right now every other thread is someone complaining they got banned with the last ban wave.
While I think ea could make a mistake a lot of the bans are probably deserved too as there are so many cheaters. It’s good that ea does so many ban waves it shows they care.
I have to disagree. They seem to be proactive at banning people who buy coins online, but I've not seen any evidence that they are banning hackers and cheaters. I have lost so many rewards this season from people forcing a disconnect in games I am winning, at a minimum 2-3 times per weekend league or friendly league. I genuinely haven't gotten through a single event without encountering multiple instances of blatant hacking.
