Keep being disconnected after finishing a game

Have you played a lot of games? The same is happening to me. I did the silver and bronze objectives with my brother yesterday and got soft banned at 11:50pm. Soft ban means you have played too much (Stupid mechanic, why punish people for playing the game).

It is now 11am and I am STILL soft banned.

do you have any idea how long it will be for because iv been "banned" for like 4 hours and it happens in every game mode ?

apparently 12 to 24 hours. 

Been nearly 24 hours for me and I am still banned 

it's a really stupid mechanic. Whoever at EA decided it was a good idea to punish people for playing the game is clueless.

It’s crazy I’ve been in a chat with them twice and each time it’s just like a ai generated response saying they’re “investigating the issue” even tho it’s been a problem previous years 

yea the live chat people don't know anything they are useless.

I just don't understand why a shadow ban is even a thing. Can you play moments games? I couldn't play anything but it is allowing me to do moments. So either that is the only thing you can do when shadow banned or my ban is now lifted

Moments works everything else doesn’t, I’ve tried loads of fixes that people have posted over previous years and nothing works, annoying thing is I was doing objectives with my friend and he hasn’t received the ban and we’ve done the same amount of game so I don’t know how they work it out 

Both me and my brother got 1 hour soft ban yesterday during the games but we were still able to play rush during that ban. then after 1 hour we were able play everything as normal. Then late last night it bans me again but this time I can't play anything apart from moments.

I am in a squad battles game now to test if my ban is still active as it is now reached the 12 hour mark for me

After just going into a squad battles game and leaving it hasn’t kicked me off so I think the ban is up, it took me between 16-20 hours before it was lifted I tried to contact them and tried fixes but didn’t work, hopefully yours comes back soon
