Lag every single weekend on specific modes on UT

We've been facing this since launch. Every weekend is the same, i play with 6 ~ 8ms but feels like im having 200ms+ due to input delay. The only modes with this issue on weekends are: Rivals, Champi...

    Totally unplayable. Put the controller down after two attempted games. Time to go outside. EA, your support is horrible.
