Loan Pack disconnects from server

I am having the exact same problem.

• Platform: ps5
• PSN/Xbox Gamertag: max_fuller
• Name of the pack you opened: rare gold pack (ucl sbc)
• Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: “1 Loan Pack”
• Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ?: no, was an earned reward from an SBC
• Approximate timestamp: 1pm CST

Same here when we get the solution 

same here brought a pack from the store for the xp points and got a totw pack and no it just says to try again later and that there was a problem with the ultimate team servers at the time how am i fixing it cause im tryna level up in the season progress and cant open my rewards
