Hi, everytime I try to open a loan pack I got today (within another pack), I am disconnected from the servers. I tried to open it in the companion app and through the web app but it still disconnects me from the server. My packs are now locked. How can I fix this issue?

same here brought a pack from the store for the xp points and got a totw pack and no it just says to try again later and that there was a problem with the ultimate team servers at the time how am i fixing it cause im tryna level up in the season progress and cant open my rewards
