Lost TOTS Frimpong SBC Due to Companion App Error – Requesting Compensation
Hello EA Team,
I’m writing to report an unresolved issue regarding the TOTS Frimpong SBC that expired on May 16, 2025. Despite completing all the required squads in advance, I was unable to submit the final squad due to repeated errors in the EA Companion App. I attempted several troubleshooting steps—including restarting the app, changing players, and re-entering the SBC—but the error persisted until the SBC expired.
I had less than two minutes remaining when I tried to submit the final squad, and I have a screenshot as proof. I lost a significant amount of high-value fodder, and the app gave no explanation or fix for the issue. When I contacted EA Support, I was told the issue may be on EA’s end but no clear resolution or compensation was offered. I was also informed that the support representative was not trained to assist with such issues.
As a loyal player since FIFA 14, I’m disappointed that technical issues continue to impact major content drops. I’m requesting that either:
- The TOTS Frimpong item be added to my club, or
- I be compensated with all of my submitted fodder returned.
