Maicon gone...

I recently completed all 30 games of the fantasy fc league. Then I claimed the main reward, I searched up maicon in my club to put in my ultimate team, and he wasn't there at all, I even searched up his actual name and it wasn't there either. I grinded 30 games for him, so please I really need help
