Marcus Thuram SBC not gotten my reward

I've completed my SBC last week and contacted EA support 3 times, they told me every time it would be fixed in 24H but now my case has no fix available? it's crazy EA treats their players like this, imagine you just paid 70 euros for a game and you give up players you got from packs (that got spent money on) and you don't get the reward you're supposed to, i honestly have no idea why i should keep playing the game if there is just a chance of you not getting anything...
