CANT SELECT PLAYSTYLE FROM REWARD

I was rewarded a playstyle selection from objectives, however it will not let me select a playstyle. I've attempted to login via the companion app on both mobile and tablet, as well as on PC, being told I am logged in elsewhere when I know I am not. The screen with the playstyles is locking me from accessing the game, and will not allow me to confirm my selection. I have 2 games of Champs left, and ended my session when this issue began to happen, thinking it would be gone eventually. 12 hours later that issue is still there. I'm a med student, I play a few games between my hours of studying, this is almost all I have to let free besides the gym. What is going on ?
