Delay when playing matches could depend on many different situations. Here, we can help you understand the cause and how to fix it.
- Check your connection. Be sure you're using a stable connection through Ethernet Cable.
- Use our Connection Quality Report tool. (LINK) This page will check your connection's latency/stability and provide Troubleshooting steps to help you improve your response when playing online.
- Check if yellow or red icons appear at the top of the screen during the game. We give real-time feedback if you're having issues with your connection.
- Turn off the Reaction Time Modifier. If it is enabled, go to Game Settings, disable that feature, and try to play a new game.

You know, if this was just a few people who experienced this issue, I will understand EA not wanting to do anything to fix this. But every year 10's of thousands of people complain about this. There are 1,000's of YouTube videos complaining about this and yet nothing from EA.
As a community we got to make a stand, stop buying FC Points is the only way to get them to listen.
