Massive Delay in online play

@RadioShaqs that doesn't make sense but if they're both online, imagine everything is delayed because of server delay. Just imagine everything on one players screen is delayed and the person you're playing has normal gameplay.
How can one be online and one offline if UT always needs a connection to the server.
The delay has nothing to do with opponents.
@NornIron11 Why would there be two controllers if one wasn’t connected to the server. It would be redundant to have two of the same controllers if they never go apart if there was an issue. Plus other people do have them out of sync so suggests they work.
If the person you are playing has normal gameplay then it’s not the server. A server issue would impact both and everyone else on the server. Your saying it’s not a server issue if what your saying is right.
When someone says everyone has delay then this would be a server issue. Not only I have delay the other person is fine.
