"Match result under review" glitch

Scored a 120th minute winner, only for my opponent to pause and do some sort of glitch, as soon as the game resumes my opponent disconnects and i get the match under review result, causing me to not qualify for champions, i just dont understand how this can happen within a supposed fair game ground, feels very unfair to people who are on the receiving end, and the fact that it never does get reviewed makes it even more pathetic honestly.
