I play division rivals, always found an opponent but they always left the match before get into the game all the time, i tried it a couple times and it always said “your opponents has left the match....

Maybe your opponent left the room because of the high latency.
But PS5 player can see the opponent's ID, so they can choose their opponent. (to avoid stronger opponent or to meet their friends)
