I have the same problem.
Or to phrase it more concrete:
- problem occurs on Nintendo Switch (check my account if you like)
- apparently I got all the cosmetic Founder stuff (yeah!!)
- but nothing of Club Member stuff, which includes at least useful stuff like the Club Membership Evo (meh!!)
To make that all a bit more transparent, I attached some screenshots of what was promised and what was delivered.
Needless to say that I played EA FC24 before both of the cut off dates. And I bought the Ultimate Edition playing it since the 22nd of September 2024.
The amount of attachable files is somehow limited. So I need another post.
To make that clear: No screenshots of club membership rewards => I GOT NOTHING!!

Can you please specify if you received the founder's items or not.
