Here is an article explaining the Club Membership (better than on any EA site) and it says that you have to claim an evo token that we should have received at the start of the game.

I am 100% positive that I did so. I think vaguely remember some kind of blue card that I activated. But I am not sure if that was for Founders or Club Membership. Perhabs the support guys can clearify what that blue card/ token was.

And it would be really nice to get support before that evo is no longer available. From all the Club Membership rewards we want that evo and not trikots or badges!!!
