How so, i have 600+ hours in ea fc 24 and plazed ea fc25 since 20th september... And i didn¨t get mz club membership rewards!!

I have 1000+ hours on FC 24 but I didnt recieve the evo. They dont know how to solve so they just tell you it is your fault and you didnt meet requirements :D sad but whatever, lets hope we pack some good right back and dont need to be salty cuz of this evo, we are never getting it
Did you check how?? I certainly met all the requirements for the Club Membership Rewards. So much so that I received all the crappy customization items, but I didn't receive the exclusive EVO.

Facts are:
- I meet the requirements described in the article
- I have only received the Founder's rewards and not the Club Membership rewards
- And since I am experiencing this first hand I am more than ready to believe all the other players here in the thread
I have already contacted support. But that is a waiting loop as well. Frustrating!! Then just stop offering rewards that you obviously can't handle.
what kind of answer is that, even if your chat says that my acct is eligible they say they cant give me the rewards WTF
That would only make sense, if they gave us the evo but after it expired. Sounds like a sound a fair solution to the problem. So what do we even complain about?!
They are incapable of anything, I just give up, we are never getting this evo, they dont care because they got our money and everyone should be happy I guess.. EA support will tell you to wait that you will get it and this guy will tell you that you are not getting it because you dont meet requirements.
@EA_PulsarI can confirm, I still haven't received any club member rewards, even though I'm definitely eligible as I play through EA Play Pro and have so for the last two years. Over 1000 hours on FC24 and played FC25 since September 20th. I received my Founder rewards at the start but no club member items.
I have an ongoing case with EA Help but they keep telling me to post here.
What gives?Any update on the case?
I am holding back other evos that I would to chain with the Clubmembership Evo.
