Missing content after case

Hey guys so i recently had an incident where my CR7 93 was submitted into a sbc without my knowledge. I went through the whole case stuff and i was told the card was restored but i don’t see it? The issue with the unauthorized access on my account was handle but i just want my card back. Do i have to play a game first before collecting? Help plz
