Missing content

So i was play the fc fantasy cup to get UCL RTTF Odegaard was lucky enough to win and get him,but when i looked in my squad he was missing so i contacted EA support they basically said go ask on the forums or message them via X but decided to wait because i started to enjoy a different game but he is still missing. Does anyone have any tips on what i can do?
