Premium pass not showing up and be able to be purchased or viewed

i logged on today to try and get the premium pass just like my friends but it wasnt there so i tried alot and contacted ea support and nothing worked and they told me to post it here. like my friends and people online there was no button or option or place to see the premium pass buy it or view the rewards and there was only the regular pass if anyone knows how to fix this please help me because i dont want to claim any rewards before i can buy the pass so i can get level 1 Lala and other premium rewards
