Missing FC Hub rewards

Today, first of all, I couldn't collect the rewards for the first three levels of the new season. After trying to approve the rewards (where a choice was possible), it threw me back to the main screen. After logging out and back in, I see these rewards as redeemed again, but I don't see the packages in the store.

Has anyone encountered such a case?
