Missing FC25 UT Players / Possibly Hacked Account

I have logged into my Companion app today and seen that Alot of my players i had on my team are now missing, their cards are now showing as concept cards

I haven't sold them as my coins have stayed the same, they arent in quick sell recovery or SBC Storage or even in my cluB.

They arent showing on my listed transfers or nothing either

Can anyone please advise on steps i could take on this? I have raised a case with EA but doesnt seem to allow me through to their live chat and not too sure on how long it takes for them to respond VIA the email method
