Missing hero pack

Question

So I pre ordered on the 15th of August , payment for the game came out this week , but no &nbsp;hero pack ? Got the point every thing else etc but no hero pack yet every content creator etc has got there’s ? After paying 90 quid for the game id expect some sort of answer but i opened a case with Ea help and they just said they have no solutions ? What should i do ?&nbsp;

@chugg123456789 I believe we get it in October. I might be wrong. I mean I pre ordered for the icon aswell, and was given the icon in easports24 greats of the game. That’s still not made sense to me because you could manage get them all near the end of the game if you did loads of sbc. And this games glitched like mad since dropping Friday.
